GWS Electric Ducted Fan Power System. EDF-55-300H for 6-9.6 volts. Fan uses rotor EDF-2245x6. Motor: EM300H. Weight 73g/2.56oz. Gray duct. I've seen several models running this fan on 3S Lipo packs and it seems to work out well despite GWS's warnings. I've always found S-300 type motors (this unit uses one variety) to hold up to 8 amps constant so my asumption that the warning is a little far fetched fits with that experiance as well. 2 of these motors in a GWS warthog on a high quality 3S 2000-2400 pack is a killer setup! Supercedes old part #GW/EDF55-300H.

Gray duct. 2 of these fans in a GWS Warthog on a high quality 3S2000-2400 pack is a killer setup that seems reliable despite the GWS warning about using these motors at that voltage. (Note, a 3S pack that's full is about 12.6V, under load it's more around the 10.8 listed below.) Generally any S-300 can type brushed motor is good to 8 amps constant.
