PS=Pitch Speed. Batt=Battery. FPM=Foot Per Minute Climb Rate. Reccomendations above are all reasonable setups. In designing your own power system, note my suggested range of static thrust and pitch speed. All these setups are 2-3x the power of the stock brushed setup. If you increase pitch speed above my reccomendations, expect mechanical failure.

Note: Basic skills required to press pinion on motor shaft if motort/gear set options choosen. Gearbox assembly and connector soldering options available below. Trexler wheel options requires you bend up your own custom gear with longer axles out of .047 or .055 music wire. This SG (Slope Glider as they call it) version does not come with landing gear. It costs less to buy it this way then add the landing gear to the kit than to buy a package with landing gear. However, it does include a gearbox assembly (no gears) for your choice 12mm motor. It's weird and wonderful world of GWS.

Paint: Testors Model Masters enamel spray works well for foam. Always apply in light coats from as distance of 1 foot or more as the propellent can melt foam if you apply too close or too heavy. Of course airbrushing with water based acrylics is always safe. Always test any method or painting on scrap material before putting on your actual aircraft parts. For the cowl, Krylon fusion paint works well. Tamaya paints for RC car/truck bodies is also reccomended.
