A 4 pack of Neo Super Magnet Discs. Size: 5/16" Dia. x 1/16" Thick. Same magnets used in our Radical RC kits to hold hatches, wing latches and wings in some cases. Great for creative mounting of many things, even canopy's. The screw and rubber band were invented a long time ago. Eliminate the old time "think" of many of today's models and go fastener-less wherever you can. Lightly scuff the surface of the magnet where it's to be glued and use epoxy as your adhesive. CA is not recommended as it tends to let go of the magnet after a short time. As an extra bonus your new magnets come in a handly reusable container. You can link/snap them together to form your own sorter bin for small parts.
Arming Switch Plug for ArmSafe. Will also fit Radical RC flush mount for Deans Ultra. Spare ArmSafe® Arming Plugs. Always make sure that ALL is safe before plugging in the Arming Plug. An Arming Plug is required to energize a RC Model by plugging it into the ArmSafe® Base. The Arming Plugs are very compact and aerodynamic, when plugged in they only measure about 0.28" x 0.5" x 0.5". Weight is only 3.7 grams.
The ArmSafe® System was created to improve the safety of electric RC models by giving the user better control of WHEN they energize and de-energize their models. This control can help reduce the risk of propeller strikes due to inadvertent motor starts. ArmSafe® is an effective solution for reducing, not eliminating, the risk of injury around high powered electric models. When ArmSafe® is CORRECTLY USED, the user has better control of WHEN they energize and de-energize their RC model. Uses Deans® Ultra Plug® Pat# 5,533,915. It was developed to have all the features RC modelers want:

Starting from a blank slate, Lucien Miller, CEO of Innov8tive Designs, set out to design the finest motors for the R/C aircraft market. Using the best materials available, such as hi-temperature N52 curved magnets, hi-temperature copper wire, high efficiency Kawasaki stator laminations, 7075 aluminum alloy and high-quality bearings, these motors truly live up to the name "BadAss". If you're tired of cheap motors that don't last, or motors with a complete lack of performance information (we call them mystery motors), then we think you're going to appreciate the new level of power, performance, and quality that BadAss motors offer.
Our performance charts are the most extensive and complete available anywhere. The specifications table included on each motor page is also very complete with all the information you may need to know about a motor. A full set of CAD drawings is also available for the motor, prop adapter and cross mount, allowing you to check the physical fit in your aircraft before you receive it. With all this information, it is easy to make an informed decision and purchase the ideal power system for your model every time.
BadAss motors provide multiple options for mounting a propeller. Included with each motor is the standard bolt-on style prop adapter, which works for most applications. An optional extra-long bolt-on prop adapter is also available if you are using a prop with a thick hub along with a spinner with a thick backplate. Both adapters come with a standard hex nut and a Ny-Lock hex nut, for modelers that prefer the security of a locking style nut. Also available is the optional Bolt-on Smooth Shaft prop adapter. This part allows you to use a collet style prop adapter, folding prop hub, or aluminum spinner with integrated collet adapter on your motor without having to move the shaft. A full line of replacement parts is available to keep your BadAss motor in top shape for years to come.

If you've grown comfortable with our Micro Stick, perhaps you are ready for the Micro Bipe. This aggressive little beast does not know it shouldn't be able to fly. Kit comes with all the parts required to build with the large top wing (13.8" span pictured) for intermediate pilots or the small top wing (only 10.8"!!!) for the bolder more advanced pilots. Comes complete with pushrod wire, horns, rod end keepers, landing gear wire and wheels.
Suggested (not included) components are Medusa 12mm 4000kv outrunner, 2-3 6g or smaller servos, Micro RX like Berg 4 (sub 10 gram), 350 to 760mah 2S HD lipo pack, props to suit motor with adapters and lots of testosterone! She can be tamed quite a bit with the large top wing but we warn you; she's pure aggression with the small top wing. Build her wisely!
If you select a 72mhz Berg receiver (RX), tell us which channel you need at checkout.
The Micro Bipe weighs in at 4.5 to 5.5 ounces depending on equipment choices. Kit exhibits our new ultra-rugged Space-Frame doublers and inline Formers, both Radical RC innovations in the RC Kit Field. Like most of our kits, 90% of it may be assembled prior to gluing due to the close fit of the lazer cut parts.
If your thinking of other motor, mini outrunners & etc., the requirements are 30 watts plus and 50mph pitch speed or more. Only the smallest lightest motors should be considered.
Additional photo showing both Eindecker and Sport versions. Either version can be built from the kit. The TX is shown in photo to demonstate scale only. (Note, manual and above recommendations are now outdated and similar products should be substituted.)
* Asterisk items are Our first and favorite picks. All items listed are good choices.
The Medusa 4000kv on GWS 3-3 prop is my all around favorite setup. A 4-2.5 prop may also be used for less speed and better climb on the 4000kv motor (Requires adapter to 4mm prop). Optionally the RRC 4500 on 3-3 is also good. For more extreme performance, the Medusa 5300 on 3-2 or 3-3 prop and 2S battery. Be sure to get the Fox Lite mount for any 12mm motor. The 3" GWS props press directly onto 1.5mm shaft motors, the 1.5mm reamer is suggested below to ease pressing on the prop. 1.5mm motor shafts are more easily bent, 2mm shaft motors are also offered. They require drilling the prop out with a #49 (.073") bit and have more rugged shafts.
Light Kit made perfect to fit your Slow Stick or other similar sized models up to about 46" wingspan. Wires long enough to install with tape on bottom of wing surface allowing lights to hang couple inches off the wing tips, elevator and motor mount. As such they are easily seen from many different orientations in the sky. 8 LED Setup. 2 red for left wing, 2 green for right wing, 2 white for tail and 2 yellow for nose. Aproximate draw is only 85mah.
Our light kit simply plugs onto your XH balance connector on your 3S Lipo pack. XH is the most common plug as found on Radical RC, E-Flite, Align, Dualsky, Electrifly, Tenergy and many others. No soldering, just plug them in and head for the stars.

Quality foam tape, super sticky on one side, cuts down vibration. Ideal for wing saddles. 1/8 (3.1mm)H X 3/8 (9.5mm) Wide X 3 ft (.914M) per roll.
DU-BRO Foam Tape is a must-have accessory for RC pilots, drivers, and hobbyists who want a simple and reliable way to reduce vibration on electronics safely. This high-quality, sticky one-side foam tape is designed to absorb vibration and provide a strong hold, making it perfect for mounting under these surfaces to reduce vibration on items such as receivers, gyros, batteries, switches, and other sensitive components inside your RC model. Whether you fly airplanes, race RC cars, run boats, or build drones, DU-BRO Foam Tape helps keep your gear protected and in place.
The tape is made from durable, cushion-like foam that reduces shock and vibration--two common causes of electronic failures in RC models. By dampening these impacts, it helps prevent glitches, loose connections, and damage to internal electronics. The strong adhesive on one side ensures it stays secure while still allowing for clean removal when needed.
DU-BRO Foam Tape is great for:
- Mounting under & Around receivers and gyro units
- Reducing vibration on flight controllers in drones
- Reducing vibrations on batteries
- Installing under switches and small electronics
- Protecting delicate components from vibration
The tape cuts easily with scissors and conforms well to different surfaces, including balsa wood, plastic, fiberglass, and foam. Its lightweight, clean to work with, and provides a professional-quality installation with very little effort.
If you want dependable foam that protects your onboard electronics and keeps your RC model running smoothly, DU-BRO Foam Tape is one of the simplest and most effective solutions available.

We can hand make pigtails to almost any specification. A "pigtail" is a wire with only one connector. Use to repair servos, switch harnesses or perhaps add to existing servos for that "Extension Free" custom installation. Choose from drop down menus your preferences. Generally we size these by measuring from the back of each connector. So the overall length will be greater by connector shell length. Twisted wire can be adjusted slightly in length by changing the number of twists. We try to get within about 1/2" of your spec. Please order long enough to compensate for minor variance.
Note: 2 wire battery pigtails in 6", 3 wire pigtails 10" and Micro Lite at 5" are available in machine made sizes and at lower cost, find them in the connector category to fit your specific brand. Check there first to see if any stock sizes will meet your needs.
Micro Lite: This type of wire is used most commonly in applications with small servos (.5 oz weight or less usually) in park flyers, foamies, sailplanes, DLG's and other models with low servo loads. You can save a bunch of weight eliminting beefy stock wiring from these smaller models.
26 Gauge Standard: This wire is what you find in most new radio sets and on most mid size to full size standard torque 4 screw mountable servos. This ribbon wire size is a good wire choice for those types of servos (and smaller) if the runs are 24" or less. Good for smaller servos in long runs such as sailplane wings and similar. For example, great for you 60" cub but use 2o gauge your outfitting a 100" Cub.
22 Gauge Heavy Duty: Use for all larger models and anyplace a high torque or digital servo might be used. Use for standard torque servos if your runs are very long (over 24")
Sometimes it's hard to tell the boys from the girls. Servo and battery ends are "MALE", RX's and Y harness receptacles are "FEMALE". When the pins are hidden, connectors are gendered by the shell. Just remember as an "assembly", a servo or battery plug fits inside an RX or Extension therefore it's male.
Finally it's easy to convert to a T tail. Complete with washer plates. Glue to your stab and horizontal or use 4-40 nylon bolt/nuts in the pre drilled holes. May also be used for mounting verticals to the ends of your stab. Works with any 5mm foam. If using with stock Slow Stick parts, trim the top of the vertical down until you have a flat spot long enough for this mount. Comes complete with washer plates to prevent bolt damage to surfaces.
Slow stick parts come in both 4 and 5 mm. 4mm is .157" or pretty close to 5/32". 5mm is a little over 3/16" at .197". Measure your parts before ordering. One images shows part being used to mount a fin to the center of the wing on our Twin Tractor Canard model in the shop.
12 pack #6 laser cut aircraft ply washers. 3/32" thick (Aproximately .098" or 2.5mm), OD .475", ID .144". Use in many applications such as wing hold down bolts where a softer washer is often desired. Use for shimming motor mounts, servos and anyplace fine thickness adjustment is needed. Work well with metal and plastic fasteners. SKU Number: RRCFWW6X332P12

An easy-to-handle, quick-building, great-looking design that's quite aerobatic.
The Sport Air 40 stands out as one of the more visually appealing aircraft in the 40-size market, thanks to its clean lines and striking resemblance to several full-scale light aircraft.
This excellent all-around sportster will attract many favorable comments at the flying field, not only because of its good looks, but also because of how great it flies.
As with every Old School Model Works kit, our Sport Air 40 is a build-it-yourself airframe, designed and laser-cut from high quality balsa wood and light ply.
Included are new, simplified building features as well as laser-cut precision and self-aligning parts to make this all-time favorite even better. For example, our exclusive Web-Lock construction makes building the wing panels a snap. Rather than the sheer webs being an afterthought, they are utilized during the build to properly space, position, and lock in each rib.
We have completely updated the airframe with laser-cut and self-aligning parts. The fuselage is built around a self-aligning, light-weight box for added strength. Surrounding this is the outer balsa skin, which is strong, light-weight, and twist-resistant even when performing high-stress maneuvers. The balsa/ply airframe makes the Sport Air 40 uncomplicated, lightweight, and easy-to-build.
Power can come from glow or electric powerplants. We've designed the fuselage with a magnetic top hatch, so you have quick access to either your fuel tank or batteries. Also the tray can be removed to give access for mounting an ESC or flight pack battery.
Another thing you'll notice is that the Sport Air 40 has a bit more ground clearance than a typical 40 sized design. It's longer landing gear give you the ability to easily fly from grass fields.
When it comes to aerobatics, the Sport Air 40 doesn't disappoint. While it may not be as precise as a dedicated pattern bird, it is incredibly forgiving and can easily perform a wide range of maneuvers. Even with the controls increased for aerobatics, landings are one of the Sport Air .40's strong suits, due to its excellent low-speed stability. Our Old School Model Work's Sport Air 40 is a Vintage R/C Society legal design for enjoying vintage fly-ins and contests. Specifications:

Fast, but not too fast. Maneuverable, agile and responsive - but not tricky. A snap to build - and with a fully sheeted airframe, surprisingly rugged compared to most.
Don't let the lack of landing gear scare you. Hand launching is easy because of the fuselage's light weight and strengthened design. In the air, it really looks the part without any exposed gear to detract from it's clean lines. Bringing the Fifty-One in for a belly landing on grass is just as easy.
You should see them take evasive maneuvers in Dog Fighting. Evade with snap rolls into spins, Immelmann turns and a loop.
OSM's Fifty-One kit is part of our Sunday Fighter lineup and just might be the most fun you've had in a long time.
Because of the interlocking design and high quality laser cutting of the parts, the Sunday Fighter is a quick build. Not only does it build quick, but it also builds straight and true as all of the parts are designed to align properly with a minimum of fuss and alignment tools.
The wing is removable for storage/transport and for giving access to the radio/servo area. From there you have easy access to install most any brand of radio and control linkages.
What's more, the fully assembled model can fit in the trunk of most cars.
Although mainly designed for electric power, you can also use a .25-sized glow engine as well. Glow engines are side mounted. Electric motors are mounted on the "extended" firewall to space the motor the proper distance forward. When assembled, you now have a blank canvas and can apply any number of color schemes, or make up your own. In the air, the Fifty-One is a blast to fly. A simple hand-launch gets it airborne, then you can cruise quite easily and 1/2 power. Throttle up for loops, eights, snaps, spins, hammerhead turnaounds - or maybe a screaming low-level pass, right down the runway. When you're ready to land, simply throttle back and gently bring the Fifty-One in for a belly landing on the grass.
This is just one design in our growing Sunday Fighter series. Specifications: Wingspan: 44.5 inches Wing Area: 330 sq inches Length (airframe only): 39 inches Weight: 3 - 3.5 pounds Radio: 4 channel system Power: o Glow (.25 engine) o Electric (350+ watt, 60 amp ESC, 3-4s LiPo)
Features: Premium USA Hardware Included in each Old School Model Works kit is a premium hardware package. We only source our hardware from brand-name, USA manufacturers to guarantee the best quality. Dual Ailerons Mounted under the lower wing, these two pre-cut aileron hatches make it easy to install the aileron servos. WEB-LOCK Construction There's nothing else like it. Build our wings, straight and true - with a minimum amount of fuss. Battery compartment Perfectly sized to take 3-4s 2200 lipo packs, plus an ESC. Open design makes batteries easy to swap out, and keeps the components cool. Under-Fuse Air Scoop Just like the full-scale, our Fifty-One has a scoop under the fuselage. It's held in place by the wing bolts. Fly with or without it - your choice.
Additional items needed to complete this Sunday Fighter kit: o Propeller o Engine/Motor mount & mounting hardware o 4-5 mini servos depending on setup: 4 flight controls, 1 for throttle if glow o "Y" servo harness (for ailerons) o Pushrods (two 6" for ailerons, one 10" for throttle if glow powered, two flexible 26" for elevator & rudder) o Clevises for the pushrods (8 if electric, 10 if glow). o 1-1/2 - 2 rolls of covering o 3" spinner

The stock battery mount for the slow stick is a little finicky to use. We believe it was made originally for 350 NiCads. Our mount fixes several issues. First, it has plenty of surface area if you like to use mounting Velcro. It is slotted and includes Velcro tie straps. It will retain these tie straps when the battery is not in place so no worries about them getting lost. Second, there are multiple places to easily hook on rubber bands. Any way you like to mount your battery is accommodated well with this mount.
Our standard size mount will hold most any pack around 1350mah or less in capacity in the normal short profile. Any pack 3.5" long (88mm) or less fits nicely.
Mount stands off slightly from the fuse boom so it may be positioned to overlap our wing mounts, main gear mounts even the motor mount if you like a forward location better. We have used this mount to suspend the battery above the boom also. It could also be used for "side" mounting if you need to balance against a camera or other onboard device that is off center.

Yup, they've gone and done it. OSMW now has a biplane kit. Actually, they're gonna have two, but more on that later.
This is the first of our Sunday Fighters. The original Sunday Fighters were the brainchild of Ken Willard back in the early 1970's. His were small, .049 powered 3-channel models and proved quite popular. Now, we've taken this idea, enlarged, and re-engineered them to make them as much fun to build as they are to fly. There's a bit of Bristol, and maybe some Spad, and for good measure you might detect some Nieuport. So we refer to this one as the Bristol Spadport.
Fast, but not too fast. Maneuverable, but not tricky. A snap to build and surprisingly rugged compared to most. You should see them take evasive maneuvers in Dog Fighting. Evade with snap rolls into spins, Immelmann turns and a loop. OSMW's radio-controlled Sunday Fighter airplane kits just might be the most fun you've had in a long time.
Whether you choose to power your Sunday with electric or glow power, we've got you covered. Glow engines can be mounted side, inverted or even upright with a little modification. Electric motors can be mounted using the included Motor Box which will help space your motor to the proper distance.
Go true "old-school" with 3 channel control, or opt for functional ailerons (4 channel).
