Warranty Information on Model Motors (AXI)
| Note, you may have noticed the price increase on Model Motors products elswhere. This pricing "power" is due to the fact that Hobby Lobby was able to get the 4 or 5 other importers of this product cut off and there is no longer any competition. We elected to quit selling these products since the company will no longer provide them directly. Even after years of promoting and demonstrating them to the public. Remaining inventory is still held to the old prices at Radical RC. However, when the goods are gone they are gone. Be warned, Model Motors items are close out products and any warranty service will have to be handled directly with Model Motors or Hobby Lobby if they wish. Under no circumstances will we repair, replace, exchange or otherwise provide any service for these products. They come with the full Model Motors warranty and if you have a problem, that is where you have to go to get it resolved. At these prices, understand if you order one it is clearly sold on an AS-IS No-Returns basis. It should be noted that Model Motors has provided good warranty service that has been trouble free over the years. Round trip shipping to the Czek republic is typically 10 days or so. |
