Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to our acceptance, which is in our sole discretion. Without limitation, we may refuse to accept or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. Your card is authorized and charged when you complete checkout and place your order, regardless of the stock status of any item purchased. If an order is subsequently cancelled or adjusted due to insufficient stock or similar, we will post a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, in full, unless we’ve discussed special pre-order arrangements or similar. Any use — including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this website — is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by an authorized agent of our company.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the delivery location, different shipping methods will be available, each with its own restrictions and charges (see carrier). At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method (some items may offer only one). We reserve the right to select the best shipping method to your delivery address, regardless of the preferred method chosen, because shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the items and your location. Your total shipping charges automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order. Please read all of your options at checkout. We always use methods that include tracking, and you will be emailed an official tracking link and number when we create the shipping label. Return Policy
When shipping a return you must include a copy of the sales receipt or your order email confirmation. All claims must be made within 15 days of purchase. Be certain to save copies for your records. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All custom order sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. In the case of shipping damage, please follow the detailed instructions on our Returns & Handy Tips page, then email your documentation and photos to Sales@RadicalRC.com. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product, or when the carrier has paid your claim. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax.
