Includes 4 each E/Z Adjust Nylon Horn Bracket only. These are interesting parts. Intended to be used on the threaded vertical leg of aileron torque rods. They allow you to adjust the control radius (adjust the horn up and down) by turning on the threads. You could also use one of these on a long bolt or set screw on a wheel collar to make a nose gear control or other specialty horn. 1/8" ID hole for 6-32 threads. (No, I don't know why Du-Bro calls this a "bracket".)
