The Lil Hornet Airplane pack developed by Radical RC specifically for the Lil' Hornet and is now the defacto standard. Early Lil' Hornets were limited to 7 cells, Kits sold after 01-01-02 generally will accept the 8 cell pack without motor burnout. The Hornet Helicopter also takes a very special shape pack, 7 cells is less popular but listed below, for most, 8 cells is the ticket. Either ship, the pack is designed to fit the battery area to perfection. Manufacturers listed internal resistance of a single cell is 35mohm.
