PowerBox Systems Charging Lead Deans type, silicone wire 1.5mm, 40cm Long. Also includes the connectors made by the American Deans company. We use only original Deans plugs and sockets for these connectors. Features: Heavy-duty insulation of soldered joints Excellent long-term functional properties Soldered joints immune from oxidation Vibration protection Kink protection Resistant to chemical influences Temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90ºC
The PowerBox PIK range of connectors exploits modern Hot-Melt technology to combine proven connector systems used in modelling applications.
All the joints in our cables are soldered on our premises, and subsequently checked by a second staff member for correct polarity and quality of workmanship. The connector is then placed in a specially made injection-moulding tool, in which it is encapsulated with a special plastic at a temperature of 220ºC and a pressure of 10 bar.
This process permanently seals the soldered joints as well as acting as a strain relief. Neither mechanical stress nor environmental influences - such as damp or heat - can have any adverse effect on this connection. The plastic we use is resistant to vibration, oxidation, acids, alkalis and fuels, and is temperature-resistant from -30ºC to +90ºC.
The cables we supply include types with different conductor cross-sections, adapters, charge leads and three-core servo leads. Cables with a cross-sectional area of up to 1.0mm have PVC insulation, while the 1.5mm and 2.5 mm types feature silicone insulation.
We are anxious to protect you, our customers, from plagiarists, and for this reason we have registered the design and other quality characteristics of these products in the Design Register of the Deutsches Patent- und Markenamt (German Patent and Brand Office).

PowerBox Digi-Switch and Wiring
Larger and more demanding models often use an electronic switch and voltage regulator to feed the receiver and servos cleanly, and this category gathers PowerBox-style switching and the wiring that goes with it. These parts handle power routing between the battery, switch, and onboard gear.
Switches and Regulators
The PowerBox Systems Digi-Switch in a 5.9V JR to JR version and the Dymond DIGISWITCH power regulator and switch in a 6V JR to JR version both combine an electronic on-off switch with regulated output. A PowerBox Systems linear voltage regulator is also offered for holding output at 5.9V.
Extensions and Wire Sets
For the wiring itself, male to male power box extensions come in 1 inch and 4 inch universal lengths, and a PowerBox Systems wire set covers a fuselage to wing connection for two servos.
Look through the switches and wiring below to match your setup.
