Alows you to loop your pull pull string through a horn then back to this adjuster which can be slipped and locked along the lenght of the cord running to the horn. Works like a tent pole rope adjuster. Use on F3P and other small models with pull-pull control functions. A very difficult part to make by hand simplified for you here.
