Safety Warning All Lithium Polymer (Lipo) batteries REQUIRE a Lithium Polymer Charger set by the user (you) to correct number of cells and charge rate of approximately capacity x 1. All charging should be in a firesafe container or outdoors away from flamables. Fires are rare but they do occur with user charging errors. Make sure your only loss is your battery and not your life or property.
Balancing every 5 to 10 charges is reccomended. Also be sure to repeat balance procedure when new or after any battery abuse/overheating or repair. Puffed cells are caused by charging to over 4.2v per cell, charging unbalanced packs, discharging over max C rate or otherwise abusing battery.

Small-capacity LiPo packs power the micro and ultra-light end of electric flight, where holding down weight matters more than long flight times. Packs in this range keep tiny aircraft airborne and responsive without adding bulk the airframe cannot carry.
Micro Packs
The selection includes a Radical RC pack sized for the Nine Eagles at 130mAh, along with Radical RC K6 series packs around 360mAh and 450mAh in 3S, 4S, and 5S configurations. The higher cell counts provide more voltage for small motors that need the extra push, while the lowest-capacity packs keep weight to a minimum.
Because micro models are sensitive to added mass, matching pack weight and capacity to the model is especially important in this range, along with using a connector and discharge rating the setup expects. A pack that is too heavy quickly dulls the handling of a light micro model, so trimming grams here pays off in the air.
