Hint: Always use at least a 40 watt pencil iron (larger the tip the better) to solder cells. Never use a gun, even a 150 watt gun is too weak and slow due to low tip mass is easily cooled by the mass of a cell. 10 tabs each package.

Hint: Tabs want to stick to iron when you lift it leaving tab on the iron and not on cell, use a small hardwood stick or dowel as a finger to hold tab down while soldering to cells. 10 taps per package.
Braided solder wick is a popular tab material for building battery packs. It has the advantages of taking solder well and also being flexible. So, no loads from heating (expanding) or cooling (contracting) cells are put into the tabs and solder joints. As a solder wick, this material easily soaks up molten solder from PC boards allowing removal of components. 2mm wide, 5 feet long.

Battery Solder Tabs and Bars
Building or repairing a battery pack often means joining cells with conductive metal, and this category collects the solder tabs and bus bars used for that work. Tabs and bars carry current between cells and provide a surface to solder leads and balance wires onto.
Solder Tabs
Solder tabs are offered in small and large sizes, including a heavy duty large tab for higher-current packs. These thin plated strips are made to take solder readily so a joint can be formed quickly with less heat soaking into the cell.
Bus Bars
The Deans Pro Bars and the RRC Gold Bars, including the 33x8mm offset-tab version, act as bridging bars between cell terminals. An offset tab helps position the connection where it is needed when the cell layout is tight. Bars like these give a rigid, low-resistance link between terminals, which is useful when several cells are joined in a compact pack.
