Helpful Hints: ZAP GOO takes 24 to 36 hours to full cure and reach maximum strength. All parts to be glued should be clean and dry.Apply GOO to both parts, let dry for 1 to 2 minutes then assemble.Clamp or set aside to dry, do not disturb the bonded joint until dry.When applying GOO, a slight hesitation in pulling the tube away from the glue will prevent stringing. For dis-assembly, ZAP GOO bonds can be cut with a razor knife.

Construction Adhesives
Zap Goo is a flexible solvent based adhesive suited to joints that need to give a little rather than set rock hard, while Sig-Ment, offered in 2oz and 4oz sizes, is a traditional cement long used in balsa and wood assembly.
Covering and Trim
Sig STIX-IT covering adhesive, available in 8oz and 16oz, is applied so heat-shrink films can be bonded down at edges and sheeted areas. Top Flite MonoKote trim solvent is used when working with MonoKote trim, keeping the covering stage tidy. Because solvent based products give off fumes as they cure, working in a ventilated space is the usual practice at the bench.
